Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paul Graube, Nossener Straße 17, 09661 Striegistal, Germany, pagra.studio@gmail.com, Telephone: 0170 69 16 214) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Exclusion or expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods,

  • which are not prefabricated and
  • for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by you is decisive or
  • which are clearly tailored to your personal needs.

This applies in particular to our handmade special items and custom-made products (e.g. personalised wooden toys with engraving, desired names, letters or individual dimensions). In these cases, returns are excluded.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your withdrawal from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate the withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Special Notes
If you finance this contract by means of a loan and later withdraw from it, you are no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided that both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly the case if we are also your lender or if your lender makes use of our cooperation with regard to the financing. If the loan has already been credited to us when the withdrawal becomes effective, your lender shall, in relation to you, take over our rights and obligations under the financed contract with regard to the legal consequences of the withdrawal or return. The latter does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g. securities, foreign exchange or derivatives).

If you wish to avoid a contractual commitment as far as possible, make use of your right of withdrawal and also withdraw from the loan agreement if you also have a right of withdrawal for it.
